Create a Medical Profile

Decide if you want to make your first profile for yourself or someone else.
Then, populate the Medical Profile with information such as:
1. Date of birth
2. Sex & Gender
3. Street address
4. Email
5. Phone
Add an Emergency Contact. You can choose to save and add additional Emergency Contacts!
Save & Exit.

The Profiles menu allows you to see all Medical Profiles you organize and Medical Profiles that have been shared with you to view and/or edit.

A Medical Profile act as the electronic medical binder for yourself or someone you care for. When you click on a Medical Profile, you will see:

Health: Organize contacts, medications, conditions, visits, and allergies in this section.
Connect: Directly access patient portals to pull in health information securely to be organized in Health.
Manage: Invite a trusted Collaborator to share access or help keep medical information accurate. This can be a family, friend, or someone you trust to help maintain an accurate health story.
Notes: This is where you can upload files, take pictures, add information, and view Comments from those you've shared access.
